Walk into a living room curated for coziness with the softest corduroy sectional you can sink into and already set up for movie nights with a 65" TV. Adjacent to the living room is a door to one of the main bedrooms (queen bed) and open to the dining area complete with record player ready to play your vinyls or one from our collection! Relax on the window seat and watch the birds on the feeder. :) Kitchen is complete with everything you need for your cooking ventures--fully stocked with plenty of appliances, utensils, and place settings to host dinner parties and game nights. Off the kitchen is a unique sitting room space; we love to use this space to kick back with a book or sit down with a cocktail and a couple of friends. Primary bedroom (king bed) is spacious and has large windows that bring in a lot of light. One of the best surprises of the home is turning a corner into the primary bathroom and experiencing a huge open closet space, large counter, gigantic mirror, bathtub, shower, toilet, and deadlocked door to outside covered deck. The house feels complete just from the first floor but as you make your way up the staircase from the sitting room, you'll find a surprising amount of carpeted space upstairs! There's a small and very cozy wallpapered reading nook along with a reading light and bookshelf in case you need to find a good read right away! Around the corner you'll find a mostly open hallway/alcove space on your way to the third bedroom with an office/bedroom setup--could be used for either or for both! There's a twin bed and a very soft and cozy chair. There's an adjustable height desk with lots of outlets available for all of your work needs and the desk converts to standing if you'd prefer! Once you're in this room with the door closed it is very quiet and the rest of the house seems far away so it's a great place to focus on work or attend Zoom meetings. We're able to easily move the desk/office setup into the alcove outside the door and set up the bedroom with 2 beds--check pictures for options or ask us any questions you may have!
