The large size of Sunflower House means there are plenty of space available for various activities. There are plentiful communal spaces and resources including a commercial-grade kitchen, dining and living rooms, entertainment rooms, a workshop with shared tools, an equipped workout area, a shared computer and printer, a projector, patios, a thriving garden, and composting and recycling facilities. There are two washers and two dryers. There is a bathroom in each hallway, including an ADA accessible bathroom. Laundry and detergent, the bulk food program, high-speed wifi, and all utilities are all included in monthly rent, is between $386-$474, depending on room size. In addition to ample bike storage, there is a parking lot and street parking available. Note that no pets are allowed at Sunflower House. Joining Sunflower House is an excellent way to meet new people while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our membership is carefully vetted for safety and dependability.
