This is a room rental only, not the entire house. The renter will have a private bedroom and shared access to the bathroom, kitchen, laundry area, Wi-Fi, utilities, and common living spaces. The home is clean, quiet, and comfortable, with free street parking available in front of the house. Rent is $850 per month each room with utilities included (Wifi, gas), Water, garbagge and electricity not included, based on usage. No pets, no smoking/vaping, no subleasing, and no additional occupants. A refundable security deposit and application/screening are required before move-in. Minimum lease term is 2 months. This rental is ideal for summer internships, temporary work stays, summer visits, or someone transitioning to a more permanent home in Austin.
