Occupancy is limited to one person or two persons maximum with landlord's written approval. Overnight guests are permitted for no more than 3 consecutive nights and no mor than 7 nights in any 30-day period without written approval. Guests may not establish residency. Tenant must promptly report maintenance issues, leaks, damage, pest concern, appliance concerns, appliance problems, or safety , tenants issues. Tenant is responsible for damage caused by tenant guests , negligence, misuse, or failure to report a problem promptly. Property is for residential use only Remote work is fine.
