Our home is located in one of the best parts of the CitiLife property and has many upgrades. The unit overlooks Evergreen Park and has a sunset view. We wake up every morning to an unobstructed evergreen treeline view. We chose granite countertops, real tile floors/countertops/backsplashes in the kitchen and bathrooms. We've installed a garbage disposal and replaced the glass shower doors in the master with a curved curtain rod. The balcony has sunshades and enough sun to sustain flowers and herbs in the summer. Neighborhood Description Evergreen Park Dr SW is a full loop - approximately one mile in length. Weekdays when the weather is nice, residents and local office workers walk laps. Evergreen Park is right next door - bocci ball, swingset, picnic tables, wooded pathway and more blackberries than the entire neighborhood could consume. We're on the Intercity transit route with buses passing every 15 minutes heading both directions.
