It has a separate entrance with a full and open style kitchen/dining/living room area- and has a cute patio with an amazing view of Johnson City- like your own little mountain retreat- but extremely conveniently located in a safe, quiet area less than a mile from ETSU and 2 miles from JCMC... Also has a fenced in backyard. Small dog or cat (max 2 pets) are a possibility on a case by case basis with a non-refundable pet deposit- must be well-trained and get along with other animals. Absolutely NO smokers (of any sort)! Rent is $1100 for one occupant and $1200 for two (max). Would prefer lease through May but might consider shorter-term lease for the right situation. Partial lawn/yard upkeep expected. Utilities not included (but will consider keeping in my name to avoid start up costs for tenant if desired). Washer-dryer hook-ups (currently available and in great working condition- but if something happens to them- then not replacing). Possible occasional use of garage for one car in winter. Renter is responsible for utilities and partial yard/lawn maintenance. Pet fee additional. 6,9,12 month lease possible
