Both bathrooms and kitchen need redoing. We got a new shingle roof in August (2015) and a new air conditioner compressor (the outside part). I like it bone chilling cold in our room so we still have a window unit and depending on when you drive by, there may still be one that my son hasn't removed yet. In some places it says we have 4 bedrooms but I consider the 4th bedroom a den, although we have used it as a bedroom too. It’s off the front room, with double doors. It DOES have a closet so it's considered a bedroom but seems like most people would use it as an office or something. We use it as a school and craft room. You will LOVE this neighborhood. It's one of a kind in Allen. We are one house away from the green belt on Cottonwood creek and all around us are large mature trees. At the end of the cul-de-sac is a large treed lot that is privately owned with a house. It feels as if we are surrounded by trees!!! And since its a cul-de-sac, we have very little traffic. I know it sounds lame, but this feels like a special area. It's an 8 min walk thru the green belt to the local elementary school, five minute drive to Kroger and 15 to most other stores. We are 30 minutes from downtown Dallas, 20 minutes to far west Plano and 15-20 minutes to Frisco. It’s a great location with no HOA!!
