Tenant must promptly report any maintenance or repair issues to the landlord. No alterations may be made to the property without the landlord's written consent. Only approved occupants may reside in the unit. Failure to pay rent may result in eviction, termination of the lease, collection efforts, and any unpaid balance may be reported to credit reporting agencies, if permitted by applicable law.
