Included in the lease: basement storage, washer/dryer, all utilities, WiFi , trash/recycling pickup, one parking spot in back and on-street overnight parking from April through November, daytime on-street parking is year-round. There will be no: illegal drugs, no smoking of any kind inside, no overnight guests (without being discussed first). Please inquire if you're responsible, tidy, with full time employment and/or school. This rental is a minimum 6 month/maximum 12 month lease. No smoking
