Lovely 4/3 with long driveway, two sheds and huge large backyard and entertainment area. In law suite and two living rooms. I am a victim of domestic violence who's ex lied about knowing construction and he vandalized the property and made improvements not to code. Insurance won't cover the loss. I'm court ordered not to sell and to continue paying his bills. I am looking for a contractor or plumbing company in the area that want to contract a 6, 12 or 18 month contract to be in the area. Two months rent and security deposit comped to a valid company who can fix what the inspector flagged so that I can sell at the end of lease. Renter responsible for all utility bills. No extra fees or pet fees. I'm hoping for someone who is willing to step up and help me get back on my feet.
