If you can move on Dec 1st, we can work together to make that happen. If you can move on Dec 15th or some other date, the rental management will work with us the prorate the rent. There is a dumpster on site. The rental management pays for water and trash. Tenanted pay for heating, electric, and Wi-Fi. Parking is literally right off Lemay. Each apartment gets one parking spot that can fit 2 cars. Additional parking on Lake Place and there are 2 guest spots in front of the building. I thought it'd be hard to park right off a major street, but it was an easy adjustment.
