This unit includes a master bedroom, guest bedroom, 1 full-bath, and 2 half-baths. All appliances, flooring and cabinetry were upgraded prior to us moving in. We have a semi-finished basement and our own washer/dryer. The community amenities include a resident clubhouse, daily breakfast, fitness center, pool, billiards and ping pong, a community dog park, 24/7 maintenance, 2 tennis courts and a basketball court. The community also offers free parking and a shuttle several times a day to and from the U of M campus, free of charge. We will be moving out in mid-July.
