Hard floor woods needs to be finished. The roof over the master bedroom was a mess when we bought it but it has been rebuilt outside just need drywall back up on the ceiling inside. Lot rent is $530 a month. This is a family park not a 55+. Will need to be able to pass the parks background check at the office. This is a very lovely home but just needs someone with some extra money to take care of it.
