Must access the apartment from the rear of the house using an outside staircase. Do not disturb the other other tenants in the building. Landlord does not live on site and the other Tenants cannot show the apartment. Showings will only be scheduled once potential tenant is pre-screened. Owner pays for water, tenant pays for electric. One year lease required. Tenant must complete an application and pay a nonrefundable fee of $35 for a complete background, credit, criminal and eviction check of the tenant. Small pets will be considered and if approved a nonrefundable pet fee will be paid. No aggressive breeds of animals will be allowed. Do not disturb the other other tenants in the building.
