3/2 needs alot of updating, AC unit 30 years old, roof needs replacing, sprinkler system not working. Gas line leaks and cut off valves not installed right under the sink. Cleanout valve on the Roof of the house. Mold around the baseboards in the gameroom. The additional room floods when it rains. Suc Pump does not work. Fence falling down. House needs to be painted. The house has large cracks in the exterior brick and inside on the house on the ceilings. Gas line a Hazard need to be replaced.
