All the comforts of home in this waterfront vacation rental! The main floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with an open-concept living/dining and kitchen area. The lower floor is a separate full 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with a kitchen, living, dining, and laundry room. You can rent either one or both floors for your stay. Starlink internet/TV is available in both units. BBQ charcoal pits are available for each unit. There is a set of steps that allow easy access to the water. The fish cleaning station on the pier is available for use by the renters, but the boat lifts are not. There is a new lower deck that makes access to the water for an afternoon swim easy. The neighborhood boat launch is located immediately next door to this home. The top floor is $450 per night and the downstairs is $200 if rented separately. The house is $550 per night if you rent both floors. Cleaning fee: $100 upstairs, $50 downstairs. The cleaning fee and applicable state and local taxes will be added to all rentals. 3-night minimum rentals are required for holidays. Prices are per/night. No smoking or vaping allowed indoors. Boat lifts are unavailable but you may tie up and float in the boathouse. Pet fees are non-refundable.
