this is a fully furnished pet friendly 3 month rental. all utilities are included. We will consider long term leases, however monthly rent will be higher. This is an off season special. This is one of the last remaining quaint beach bungalows. Located within the upscale Frangista Beach neighborhood, it is a short 5 minute walk (0.3 miles) to the PRIVATE beach entrance at Hollywood Dr.!! Also, within walking distance there are multiple restaurants such as Pompano Joes, Bad A** Coffee, and our absolute favorite Pascalli Kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths within the main house with a 4th bonus bungalow bunk room in the backyard (with it's own AC and TV). This is one of the last remaining quant beach bungalows. In the house, there are a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Two of the bedrooms have king beds while the third is set up as a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds to accommodate a larger group. The 4th bonus room is in bungalow room in the backyard (with it's own AC and TV), kids love being able to sleep in their own space as well as adults that want a little extra privacy. The living room has an oversized sectional and is open to the dining room so your whole group can be together. The best part of the house is all of the outdoor space, your group will have plenty of space to relax after a long day at the beach. We have a 6 seat farmhouse table on the patio near the grill along with plenty of extra seating to sit back and enjoy the outside. Around the corner are another group of chairs surrounding the outdoor fireplace. The entire yard is fenced so your kids/pets can run around and enjoy the yard. Bedroom 1: King bed (medium-soft), Bedroom 2 : King bed (soft/plush) Bedroom 3 : triple bunk bed (sleeps 3) and a trundle bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom 4 (bunk house): full over queen bunk Bed (sleeps 2-3) Rental will include a 6 seater golf cart for your use. this is a 3 month rental dec 1st-feb 28th. November rent is negotiable. it is fully furnished and included all utilities. no smoking allowed. Pets are welcome with a fee.
