Very sad to leave this apartment, but I am relocating to New York for work. I am looking for someone to take over my lease on March 1 through the end of June 2017. You can sign a new lease at that time if you are planning to stay longer. Fantastic location on North 21st Street between Cherry and Race. Walk to everything! Trader Joe's, Peddler Coffee, The Barnes Foundation, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Fine Wine and Good Spirits to name a few. Access point a few blocks away at the end of Race Street to the Schuylkill River Trail for bicyclists and runners. The building is great -- only four units. The apartment is on the second floor, and features high ceilings, original details, and large windows at the front and back of the apartment that let in plenty of light! Separate kitchen with room for a dining table. NOTE: there is no oven in the kitchen, but there is a built in electric 2-burner cooktop. Plenty of storage in the apartment (the most I have ever had in a studio!), with additional common storage space available in the basement.
