Charming furnished home in the historic district. This is a 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home with a lovely front porch and a back porch as well. In the winter you can see Lake Superior from the porch and in the summer from the road in front of the house or though the trees a bit. There is a large front room, dining room, and kitchen in the home. The bedroom on the first floor has a futon and can be used as a bedroom or an office. The master bedroom upstairs is quite large and contains a Queen bed and a small closet. There is a view of Lake Superior from the master bedroom year round. There is a smaller bedroom upstairs with a Queen Bed. All home furnishings are included that you see in the pictures, including dishes, a new cookware set, linens for all the beds and bathrooms. The kitchen contains almost every appliance which is new, including the refrigerator and stove! In addition, there are several new furnishings throughout the house. We are flexible on the pet policy and including all utilities with a higher monthly rent. We currently have tenants in the house until June 30th so tours will begin July 2nd as scheduled directly with us. An 11- month August 1st - June 30th lease will be available yearly.
