Calix pulls civil and criminal history. Tenant is responsible for all utiliites, water and lights, if you have a pet you must not allow it to roam it has to be on a leash and it has to be picked up after no feces left behind. We do have a subcontractor that will mow the property as needed. Regular trash services are also paid for by company. We do not require renters insurance but we suggest it. six month leases
