Freshly painted home and new hardwood floors, bathroom completely remodeled, washer and dryer hookups, 2 1/2 acres of land, 2 porches so you can enjoy being outside, great neighborhood, close to schools - hospital -shopping (anywhere from a 5-20 minutes drive) I am the owner to this property if I do not physical speak to you in person and meet with you person to person, do not have contact with anybody else nor give them any money. Owner pays for no utilities, renter will be responsible for electric - water - telephone - cable - internet, plenty of parking available, no smoking allowed inside of the property but outside will be ok and the cigarettes will be discarded properly, small inside dogs are allowed under 25 pounds, the outside will be cleared of any trash and unwanted items to make the property look bad, mowing will be taken care of by the owner
