I am going abroad for the 2015 Spring semester and I'm looking for someone to take over my room. The residence is at 1410 Gordon Avenue, a 5 minute walk from the corner. The rent is $495 a month without utilities. There are only four other (great) guys in the house, so the bathroom only has to be shared with one other individual, and we have parking!
