I'm looking for someone to re-lease my 3rd floor, 1 bedroom apartment with nature views available for move-in on August 18th! I really don't want to leave because it's such a great apartment in a super nice complex, but I got a job offer in another city so I have to break my lease for this coming year. Hillside Ranch's policy is that I must find someone to re-let my apartment before I can move out. This is not a sub-lease; you will sign a new lease with Hillside Ranch for the year (08/18/17 - 07/31/18). It's a great location for Texas State students where you have easy access to the shuttle or can walk 15-20 min to campus. Your room itself would be in a great location (close to the shuttle stop, mailbox, trash/recycle center, and visitor parking).
