There is dedicated shelving for you to store your pantry essentials. There are 2 full-sized fridges in the house. There is a shared bathroom upstairs and a half bathroom downstairs. At a minimum, a 30-day lease is required initially. A criminal and credit background check will be performed on every applicant who applies, at the applicants expense. House rules: No smoking or vaping anything anywhere inside the home. No pets. Clean up after yourself in all of the common areas and treat the other tenants and the home itself with respect.
