LEASE DETAILS: - Lease Length: 12 months - Pets: No pets preferred, however one well-trained small dog or cat is allowable with $50/month pet rent. 35 lbs weight maximum. No bite history. Pets must be spayed or neutered. Pets must be at least 1 year or older. A pet agreement must be signed prior to pets living on site. Please inquire. - Utilities: Water, sewer, and garbage included. Tenant pays electric, gas, internet/wifi and all other utilities. - No smoking on the premises. - Renters insurance required. - Must abide by HOA rules and regulations. - HOA Move In/Move Out Fee of $150.00 applies, paid on each occurrence for a total of $300.
