    Beautiful property, 3 bed bath and a half with a two car garage that has a loft upstairs. There's central air and propane gas heating, but they are not necessary as there is a wallmount Mr. Cool unit on each floor that can heat or cool the entire house, and it saves a lot of money! My bill for all utilities at the most expensive was $144! There's also a poolside gazebo. There is a gorgeous, well maintained in ground pool that is 10 ft at its deepest. There's also a well insulated deer blind and a tree stand further down the property for you hunters out there. The pond has bluegill with blackberries growing around it. Along the property, it is full of huckleberries, which keeps the wildlife coming in. If you're a lover of the stars, you will love it here. I've never seen so many stars or northern light activity than I have here. Only selling because I need to be closer to town for family. It will be coming with brand new starlink equipment that I just purchased. Everything works as it should. Asking $230,000 or best offer. Will be taking the best offer in the next few weeks. My schedule is pretty open currently, so I am open for viewings! Not looking to work with an agent and no land contracts.
