Anyone looking to live in their own casita, a 2 minute walk from a beautiful 19th century church on a property surrounded by beautiful pastures? We're a couple with a 1.5 year old and a newborn and love living in St Hedwig. We're just east of the 1604 and south of the 10 and about 25 minutes from downtown (traffic to and from town has always been good, even at rush hour). Our property is .4 acres and we have a second, larger casita which will be ready to rent soon. Renter will have their own carport and separate entrance, and some storage space. The casita is separate from the main house. There is a washer and dryer for the renter in the garage. Rent is $940, which includes utilities, trash and Wifi. St Hedwig is an old Polish village, very clean, charming and safe. If you would like to share in this life of bucolic splendor, or if you know someone who would, please message us! We have a cat. Renter should have no more than one car. There is some storage space for the renter in the garage (2 cubic meters). We have two small children, so renter should be ok with little kids sharing some of the backyard space. No loud music.
