Vaulted Ceilings Rock (nearly 20'). The loft can easily be a 2nd bedroom (we used it like that) The location is amazing too, right behind Lowes, Navy Fed, Chipotle.. The courtyard is nice; my dog was on the small balcony overlooking the courtyard sunning herself in one of the pictures. Plus everything is updated: Carpet, Bathroom, Kitchen, Painted, etc. Dog possible on a case by case basis. No cats... Owner pays for Trash and Sewer. Tenant pays for Water and Electric. If you'd rather have more than 12 month lease we can discuss that.
