Lot line revision in 2001. Added a very large back yard and an unobstructed view of the Columbia River. We take our kayaks to the river from our house. We keep our sailboat in the marina inside the gated community. There is a storage area inside the gates for recreation vehicles. We have a new furnace, air condioner, air conditioner, dish washer, washer and dryer. We have also just completed a complete crawl space renewal with french drains and two sump pumps.
