Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect the comfort of other residents. 4. Shared Spaces Maintenance: Whenever you use shared spaces, please leave them in the same condition you found them. This includes cleaning up after yourself, putting away dishes, and maintaining the overall tidiness of the areas. 5. Personal Belongings: Please keep your personal belongings within your designated living area. Avoid cluttering the common spaces with personal items. 6. Guests and Visitors: If you plan to have guests over, please inform the Linda in advance. Overnight guests are not allowed without prior permission. 7. Smoking and Substance Use: Smoking, vaping, dipping and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the property. 8. Security and Locks: Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the house or retiring for the night. If you experience any issues with locks or security, inform the homeowners immediately. 9. Utilities and Energy Conservation: Please be mindful of energy usage. Turn off lights, appliances, and air conditioning/heating when not needed. 10. Communication: If you have any concerns, questions, or if something requires maintenance or repairs, don't hesitate to contact. 11. Respect for Property: Treat all property, including furniture, appliances, and decorative items, with care and respect. 12. Cleaning Schedule: A cleaning service is schedule every two weeks. 13. Trash and Recycling: Follow the guidelines provided for proper disposal of trash and recycling. Take out the trash as needed to avoid unpleasant odors. 14. Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with the emergency procedures, including exits and fire safety measures.
