This home has a full size washer and dryer and on demand hot water heater There is an ample storage shed in the fenced yard area, should you need extra storage and an outdoor area for your furry friends as this is a pet friendly home. The front door is a keyless entry. Yard access is through the main gate and from 2 sliding doors in the living room and primary bedroom. Outdoor parking is available in the driveway in front of the fence along with additional street parking. Also note there is a dog on the property; however, he does not have access to your private unit or backyard. If you do run into him on the property, he would really appreciate some love and attention :) This house is pet friendly (dogs only, no aggressive breeds) and pet fee applies.
