The dining room has seating for four, with extra chairs available. Three bedrooms with queen beds and quality mattresses ensure a restful sleep. The covered and screened porch offers comfortable seating to enjoy the weather. Parking includes a one-car garage and driveway, plus free street parking. Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time pet fee will be required based on the length of stay: $35 for less than 5 nights, $50 for 5 to 30 nights, and $100 for 30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked. Reynoldsburg is a small, welcoming town that is close to everything yet distinct and charming. With modern amenities in the new development in the Route 256 corridor, Olde Reynoldsburg retains the charm of a historic small town. The location is close to the airport and not far from Intel and other major developments on the east side of Columbus. Guests must provide a valid driver's license or ID and sign the Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions from guests with negative or low reviews, those under 25 years old, and/or those living closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion to ensure the safety and security of the community. Impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner.
