This is meant to be a winter vacation, not a primary residence. The unit is fully remodeled and fully furnished. It is stocked with everything you need for a longer stay. The view is amazing and the unit receives all 5 stars on the vacation rental site. If you are looking for a snowbird opportunity or a home away from home for the winter, this is for you! Amazing view, clean and nicely decorated. No pets, no smoking. Covered parking available for 2 cars. Deposit and minimum 1st month's rent due at booking. Please do not ask for tours right out of the gate. We want to speak to tenants first, review terms, and make sure it is a good fit for both parties.
