I am looking for a Tenant (For January 1st) that will take over my lease of a shared apartment of two other roommates. The room consists of a full shower and bath bathroom, walk-in closet, and furniture including: 1 desk, 1 full size bed with headboard, 1 Nightstand/endtable, and 1 deep 4 drawer dresser. The room is well cleaned and has been kept in great condition throughout the 5 months of living here. The room (and apartment) provide a pretty nice view of a pond and golf course landscape.There are 3 bedrooms in the apartment each with their own bathroom and walk-in closets. The common area includes the living room, kitchen and hallway. It is a full kitchen and spacious living room. Each bedroom itself comes with a deadlock and is lockable with given key separate from the apartment lock.Water/trash service is free and up to $30 electricity allowance (no utility bills). High speed internet is included with rent along with a premium cable package (Elauwit) which means free HBO. Pets are allowed but must first be approved by a general manager.The parking lots are brightly lit. The main door is locked/unlocked with an electronic key. The rooms are locked/unlocked with additional separate keys. Sprinkler systems and smoke detectors are situated in every room.The Grove Apartment complex is right on the border of Iowa State University. It is a gated complex. The campus is easily accessible from the apartments. The Cyride 4/Grey route takes you from the apartments to the ISU commuter lot (Parking near the stadiums) and continues the route onto campus.
