Location: 33rd ST NW, Goergetown (10 min walk to Georgetown campus, 5 mins to Wisconsin Avenue and M Street) Rent : ~ $1500 per month (can be negotiated). Happy to lease for a shorter term too. Others: The house is fully furnished with couches, dining table, etc and has an attached patio.
