We are subleasing this apartment and it will be available starting May 5th. We really enjoyed living in this apartment, but decided to move out because it is a little small for two people. Rent is currently $695 per month, but will change to $729 per month after July plus utilities. There is a $75 flat fee for water per month and $30 for internet per month. The only other thing is electric bill, which will vary. TV, dishwasher, fridge, and stove/oven all come with the apartment. You will also have access to the pool, gym, and laundry room. It is in a great location nearby the KU campus and within walking distance to a gas station, liquor store, gym, and a few restaurants. There is a front porch area with enough room to have some plants or table and chairs. 600 minimum credit score is required and make at least 3x the rent in income.
