After the Fire in 91 add on room that was intended as a 2nd living room/family room , but has been used as a Master Bedroom the only br downstairs. Master has carpet so do living & dining rooms. Kitchen has linoleum. 1/2 bath just got new floor& commode with new vanity coming soon. Upstairs has the former master br which has been since 91 used as 1.5 bedrooms plus 3 brs and the full bath. Full bath just got complete renovation including new glaze on tub all new fixtures for tub & shower including internal plumbing , new commode new vanity & light fixtures & new floor. My son just tore out all the carpet up there & triple sanded the hardwood and put 2 coats of polyurethane in the hall & every room but one , he did that room in laminate , but will prolly take that out & make it match the rest soon. He also added 3 new ceiling fans. He has spent the last 3 years fully landscaping the backyard into a large garden. removed old shed but cement foundation remains. Coming upgrades for 21 include new windows & roof & garage door. new paint thruout interior.
