This neighborhood is nice and stable. It is not affluent but people live in the houses there for a long time. You know everyone. For 10 years we livei n this house we had no breaking ins, no car theft. Elementary and Middle schools are wihitn half-mile from the house. Shopping Center is very close. Hospital and veterinary clinic is right up the street from our house. There is a library within 5 minutes of walking. The only negative (depending on your situation) could be a brand new Casino that was built near fire station. So far the neighbors have no trouble because of that.
