    Breathtaking 3br/2ba full brick home located on an oversized wooded lot in the highly desired community of ''Spanish Point''. This home has a formal living, dining, and family room. The gorgeous kitchen offers tile counters, SS appliances, and a farmer's sink. The home has tile flooring throughout. The main living room leads into the fully fenced back yard with patio. This yard offers a fire pit and great options to entertain family and friends. The neighborhood offers a community pool and a boat ramp (annual fee of about $300 for access). Neighbors are outstanding and really good people all around. Neighborhood is very dog friendly. Pets are allowed with an additional deposit, renters are responsible for any damages caused by pets. New doors added is to improve A/C efficiency. Lease length: Minimum 1 year, but may be longer based on renter's desire. If military, lease may be shortened with minimum 30 days notice and proof of orders. Rent: First/Last month's rent and security deposit (one month's rent worth) due upon move-in. Security deposit includes exit cleaning fees. Renter simply packs up and leaves, cleaning company will come and clean, remainder of balance will be returned to the renter. Renter may do the cleaning and upon successful inspection, will have entire security deposit returned provided nothing else is damaged or requires work. Renter is responsible for all utilities and appliance/yard maintenance. A lawn mower is provided but fuel/oil/maintenance responsibility of the renter. I only cut the grass about once per month and that seems to due fine. Yard clippings may be disposed of in compost in the back left corner of the yard, or placed in the provided black plastic trash bins located on the side of the house and go out to the road for Monday morning trash pick-up. Water Softener included (salt blocks are responsibility of renter (about $10 each from Lowes/Home Depot)). Renter may garden along the fence line if they wish. No restrictions on plants, but anything planted will stay when the renter moves out, including trees or shrubbery. Smoking is allowed, but outside only. Garage has 2 parking spots and the driveway is big enough to hold 4 additional cars. Please inquire for any other questions or conduct a walkthrough (in person or virtual).
