Our one-bedroom apartments are $500.00 per month, with a $500.00 deposit. The water, hot water, trash and sewer will be $20.00 per month. All one-bedroom units have a large walk in closet. The living room is 11x 16. The bedroom is 11x11. The average gas is $31.00 & the average electricity is $35.00 per month. This is a yearly average and may vary with individual usage. All kitchens have a stove and refrigerator and garbage disposal. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and mini blinds. All rents also include trash and sewer. We have a pool and a hot tub at the south end of the property. There are laundry facilities at both ends of the property with new high efficient washers and dryers. They are $1.50 each. We have 24-hour maintenance and a 24-hour answering service, in case of an emergency. Professional Pest control is provided. We allow one car per resident on the lease. We are located approximately a ½ mile from the stadium, 1 mile from campus and are blocks away from virtually anything you might need for day-to-day living, including but not limited to banking, grocery shops, UPS, multiple gas stations and restaurants. We are located approximately 15-20 minutes from Fort Riley and we are on the pre-approved military housing list. We are confident if you make Park Place your home, you will not be disappointed.
