Our home is less than a 10 minute ($10 Uber) from downtown, Washington avenue, midtown, and w. gray area. We are 5 to 10 minutes away drive from Target, Kroger, and Walmart. There is a bike / running trail walking distance to our home. There are also two bars, 1 restaurant, and 2 coffee shops within walk-in distance. Each bedroom is on a different floor with its own private bathroom. Two of the rooms have walk-in closets. Almost all the furniture in the house is from Restoration Hardware. The beds all have quality comfortable mattresses. Master bedroom has a king bed and the other two rooms each have a queen bed. There is a desk, white board, and mini fridge in each room. The master bedroom has a large architect desk. The rooftop is also furnished with a great view of downtown Houston. If you want we can include all utilities and weekly housekeeping and pass the costs through. Washer and dryer are included. Pets are allowed pending approval on a case by case basis and with additional deposit. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. There is a patio on the 1st floor, one on the 2nd floor, and the rooftop where you can smoke. The listed price if for a 12 month lease. Shorter length of lease is negotiable.
