Trash must be disposed of regularly and set out on regular collection days (Tuesday). Cars may only be parked in the driveway or street, not on the lawn. All pet droppings are to be collected on a regular basis, otherwise pets will no longer be aloud. Nothing is allowed down the drains except human waste and toilet paper. No sanitary napkins or tampons should go down the drains. Any major damages in walls or floors will be paid for by the tenant. No holes may be put in the walls other than what is already there without prior consent. Lease will run for 1 year from date of occupancy. Owner must be notified 60 days before end of lease of intent to renew lease for another year. Owner reserves the right to enter and inspect premises at any has the right to disallow renewal rights based on the condition of the property.
