The building is Dumbarton Place located on corner of 22nd and O in NW DC It is an amazing amazing location between Georgetown and Dupont, and Foggy Bottom! Rock creek is literally steps away as well for running and biking. My roommate whom I've lived with for about 6 years is moving away, and I am looking for a professional roommate to move in. I'm a 32 y/o professional male, who's lived in DC for 8 years. I am in the medical profession, and while I like to go out on weekends, I keep it pretty quiet and chill during the week besides having occasional friends over. Looking for someone with the same mentality. The building itself is not a party place by any means, and has high-profile people living in it. The rent price also includes underground parking as well in an assigned spot. Front-Desk Concierge Mon-Sat for packages, dry cleaning and etc. There is a fitness center, and an awesome rooftop deck with a grill! Utilities such as cable and electric will be split down the middle. Typically run about $150-200 for both. I'm going to post pics but this place is honestly amazing. It has a sunroom/balcony, an office, a huge living room and kitchen with Viking appliances, and a pretty good sized bedroom and bath in the room you would be getting. Washer and Dryer obviously included. The unit will be furnished for the most part in the living room, and your potential bedroom can come furnished or unfurnished as my roommate may leave furniture behind if need be.
