In order to move in you must commit to 12 months from the move-in date and fill out an application with The Broadview. It is a really great place and the unit is in a prime location and a very walkable area with lots of restaurants to check out. There is a parking garage and lots of free street parking around if you would rather not pay for the garage. There's a nice clubhouse and lounge room with large TVs and multiple firepits around the complex. Two nice grills are located in a fenced in area around the back of the building. There are also two Starbucks coffee machines to get hot or iced coffee. There's a nice gym with lots of free weights, weight machines, 3 treadmills, 2 ellipticals, and a spin bike. It's a great community to be in and they also have events with wine tasting, snacks, and live music! Renter will pay for utilities (water, electric) that are through Nationwide Energy Partners. There is also a small community fee included with the utilities.
