We are just a 15 min downhill walk from Pioneer square and there is also bus number 27 that takes you there in 5 minutes. The studios have a microwave, water kettle and fridge, but the kitchen is shared between the people on the floor. Rent is $1050 to $1150 with a $100 utilities fee. Deposit is one month.
