The house sits on one of the finest, most beautiful streets in this historic beach community, as it is extra wide, lined with Royal palm trees, pretty lamp-posts and has a parking lane on each side, giving this home a beautiful garden like view, including the awesome garden designed front yard. Backyard is open, nicely landscaped, has a large patio, fence (2015) and room for a pool. Beautifully landscaped front garden has a lovely front porch with roof and a water feature for siting outside and enjoying the ocean breezes, which adds to the excellent curb appeal of this house.
