This is a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with a walking trail bordering the property. Bus lines are a block away. The newly revitalized and active downtown is within walking/biking distance. The house is small and charming. It is currently leased with tenant's rights until 12/31/2018 at $650 monthly not including the 2-car garage. Tenant pays electric and gas. The current tenant is the best! Rent is always on time, and the house and yard are well kept. This has been an excellent rental for us, but we're retiring and moving nearer our grandkids. Sorry, but to protect the privacy of out renter, there will be no interior views. However, we can show the house with 24 hours notice.
