The owner lives in the upper area and there is no shared spaces, only the driveway is shared. The basement apartment is completely the tenant's own space. No smoking indoors. A small pet may be permitted with the owners approval and pet fees. All of the utilities and the Wi-Fi will remain in the homeowner's name and the tenant will be required to pay $150 per month to the owner for reimbursement of the utilities.
