I will be studying abroad in New Zealand in Spring 2025 so I'm looking for someone to sublease my room for the remainder of my lease. The apartment is in a complex at the end of Gibbon where it butts into 15th. Approximately 3 blocks from the old engineering building, I walk to campus everyday in under 5 minutes. The room can be available as early as December 14th, 2024 and the lease will end on the 4th of June, 2025. The apartment will be available to renew the lease, pending discussion with the current roommates. Currently, there are two male roommates. There are three rooms and one shared bathroom. There is a fridge and freezer, but no dishwasher. Base rent is $338/month. Internet, gas, and electricity are furnished by the tenants. After these utilities rent comes out to ~$410/month. Renter will be taking over my lease with Laramie Plains Properties. The lease will be provided upon request. No pets, no smoking, etc.
