This gorgeous house needs a nice family to enjoy it and take good care of it. the lease will be for 12 months. ret will increase %5 if renewed. tenant must have renter insurance before moving in the house for any future liabilities since there's a pool in the house. tenant should inform in written 30 days prior to the end of the lease weather he will renew the lease or he will not.
